1. Provider and contact
RuleAscend is operated by Kamal Mohammad, Borrweg 60, 8055 Zürich, Switzerland. For questions about the service, your subscription or these terms, email ruleascend@gmail.com.
2. The service
RuleAscend is a browser-based workspace for recording trading rules, personal readiness, session reviews and trade screenshots, and for reviewing execution patterns. It is available to traders across markets, including Forex, futures, stocks, indices and crypto. Market coverage does not mean that a broker connection or automatic trade import is included.
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. It does not execute trades or provide trading signals, investment recommendations, market predictions or guarantees of returns. Scores and historical patterns are not probabilities of profit. Readiness features are not medical assessments or diagnoses.
3. Your account and content
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Use the service lawfully, respect other users’ privacy and do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Only upload content you are entitled to use and store.
You retain ownership of your content. You permit RuleAscend to process it as needed to provide the features you use. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Ordering and acceptance
Before opening payment checkout, you must actively select the checkbox agreeing to these terms. You can open, save or print the terms before doing so. We record the accepted version and the time of acceptance with the checkout and resulting membership.
Creating an account or opening checkout does not complete a purchase. Review the final price, recurring billing details and payment information in Stripe checkout before confirming your order. Your paid access starts following successful payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but access does not activate, contact us with your account email and payment reference.
5. Prices and monthly renewal
The regular subscription price is €39.90 per month. The Founding 100 offer is €19.90 per month for the first 100 paying members, subject to availability at checkout. The final checkout amount, including any applicable taxes, is displayed before you confirm payment.
Subscriptions renew monthly and the selected payment method is charged until cancellation takes effect. There is no minimum contract term beyond the current paid billing period. The founder rate remains fixed while the same subscription stays continuously active. Cancellation permanently ends eligibility for that founder rate; a later subscription uses the price then offered.
Founding Lifetime — limited first round
Founding Lifetime costs €199 once, with no recurring subscription charge, and is limited to the first 20 completed purchases. It includes personal, non-transferable access to the RuleAscend core plan and its future core-plan updates for as long as RuleAscend operates this service. It is not a promise of service for the purchaser’s biological lifetime. Separately sold future products or add-ons are not included.
The included core plan covers the trading execution flow, personal PDF contract, journal and screenshot library, AI Weekly Review, Character Evolution and the existing habit and activity trackers. This purchase does not promise unlimited AI processing or storage; the same core-plan usage limits apply as for monthly members and any limits will be disclosed before purchase. We do not retroactively reduce the purchased entitlement through an undisclosed limit.
A place may be held temporarily while a Stripe checkout is open. Account creation, comments and messages do not reserve a place. Access activates only after successful payment verification. A fully refunded or disputed payment does not provide active lifetime access. Existing active subscribers should contact us before switching; buying lifetime is not a way to automatically cancel an existing subscription.
6. Cancellation and billing questions
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time through subscription management, accessible from your billing page. If you cannot access it, email us for assistance. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the already paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
Cancellation alone does not refund the current billing period. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, payment errors or a refund request. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected by these terms.
7. Privacy and separate consent
The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is used and how to contact us about your rights. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to marketing or to processing sensitive health data where separate explicit consent is required.
8. Service and terms updates
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. We may improve the service over time. We will notify you in advance of material changes to your subscription or these terms and obtain further agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove mandatory rights. The founder price commitment in section 5 continues to apply.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies to these terms. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
